Inspire Corporation (head office: Minato-ku, Tokyo, president: Makoto Naruke,hereafter, Inspire) and CAT co., Ltd. (head office: Yodogawa-ku, Osaka, president: Yuki Ohnishi, hereafter, CAT), which expands their presence with document solution business, have formed an alliance for the digitalization business of 　large amount of paper documents stored in corporations and public offices for a long time.

CAT has utilized nationwide community of home workers to provide low-priced and high-quality services digitalizing paper documents in corporations, public-interest corporations and public offices. Up to now, CAT has principally provided the services of CAD of blueprints for facilities and data entry by home workers with high skills in electricity, architectonics, engineering and CAD. Taking advantage of alliance with Inspire, CAT will improve its system to meet customer’s demand for digitalization of contract documents and various slips stored in companies.
With enforcement of “E-Document Law” and introduction of “Sarbanes-Oxley act” in the US, the “Securities and Exchange Law” is on the table for revision to require the documentation and the oversight system about both day-to-day operation and important decision making. In addition, new business challenges are coming up such as preservation, management and effective utilization　of　stored paper documents and compliance with legal business process.
Under recent circumstances, CAT will improve its service through this alliance, such as CAD of large amount of stored paper documents, digitalization of scanning data and introduction of expeditious search with tag system.
While having investment and consulting as two main features, Inspire is learning clients’ potential business requirements and we will improve our services by promoting an alliance between various leading companies.
